Travelling With Pets

• We are only able to admit assistance animals on our trains regardless of their nature. As we are a narrow-gauge railway, we are restricted for space inside the carriages. 

Additional Needs

• We ask that wheelchair users, please contact us directly to book your journey. We can only carry one wheelchair per service, and unfortunately, we can't carry electric wheelchairs.
• If you have any other needs or requirements, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Children

• Children who are 2 or under may travel free on the understanding they sit on an adult's knee (1 child to each adult). 
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
