IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We do not sell single tickets on any of our Heritage Steam services.

Unfortunately we are unable to carry wheelchairs on our Heritage Steam Experience. Please call 01286 870 223,  to discuss your requirements.

If you have Gift Vouchers, call us on 01286 870 223 to book your tickets.

Assistance dogs are allowed on our trains.

Booking Line opens daily  13:00 until 16:00.

Children who are 2 or under may travel for free on the understanding they sit on an adult's knee who is travelling (1 child to each adult). 

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 

We accept all major credit and debit cards, except for American Express. Please note there is a £3.50 booking fee applied per transaction.
